deserves the power and knowledge to defend themselves. In order to
fight and defend oneself, fitness is a necessary part of training
to best use the techniques to escape a situation successfully.
Watchdog Krav Maga doesn’t just provide you the techniques to
protect yourself, but also the fitness training to prepare you.
