Great MMA training center. I did a beginner's striking class, and happened to be the only one who showed up to the class, which allowed me to get one on one instruction with Jason, one of the owners. He was an informative instructor, and we ended the lesson with some light sparring. Definitely recommend to all experience levels, and I will be going back.
