Pinnacle Sports and Fitness (Formerly Lincoln MMA)

Lincoln MMA is the home of Team Viper, a competitive MMA fight team. Currently, 5 of Team Viper's fighters are ranked in the top 10 in a 7 state region. Lincoln MMA was opened in 2008 by Jeff Alexander. He has been training in various martial arts, including Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido, Jujitsu and Kickboxing since 1983. Before moving to Lincoln in 2002, he owned and operated a martial arts gym for 9 years in Fairbury, Nebraska. Prior to opening at the current location, Jeff had been training an ever-growing group of interested people on the University of Nebraska Campus. In addition to martial arts training, Jeff was a fitness and health instructor and has extensive experience teaching and practicing Yoga. Jeff has received his Bachelors of Science in Nutrition, Fitness and Health Promotion in December 2006 and his Masters of Science in Nutrition and Exercise Science in December 2008 – both from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He is an ACE certified personal trainer and is pursuing his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
