About the Class

Wrestling for MMA is a submission wrestling based program that utilizes Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) moves and submissions along with the takedowns and positional techniques of Greco-Roman Wrestling, Folk Wrestling, and Freestyle Wrestling. Sparring or "rolling' will increase endurance, and instructional techniques will prepare you for MMA combat.

Special Instructions

Shorts, T-Shirt or rash guard are recommended.
