In our one-hour group sessions, participants will be lead by coaches through multiple phases of fitness and recovery: First part of class we will go through a skill-based warm-up to prepare the body for the workout; reducing the risk of injury. Once the body is warmed up and ready to go, the class proceeds with a Strength proponent. Exercises can consist from Dead lifts, Squats, presses etc. Once we finish with a strength exercise we proceed onto High Intensity Training Phase. This could and not limited to be any combination of running, jumping, squatting, Kettlebells, weightlifting, and more. All of our workout options are scalable and yet can be made as difficult as one could imagine. Just proven methods for getting individuals strong, fast and fit.
