Come learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques and some important Self-Defense moves with Gentle Art Studio. This is a Women's only class. Come learn real self-defense in a fun-fit environment with those who can show you how to handle hostile/jeopardizing situations. Every woman is welcome!

*Please arrive 5 min prior to the start of class. *White Gi (Uniform) is required on the mats and greatly appreciated *Please, no patches from other schools- thank you! * No white Gi? No problem! We got you :) $7 rental Gi is available at all times *Bring a positive atitude on the mats & never give up!
