Special Instructions

Dear Parents and Guardians, to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience at our After School Program and Summer Camp, please familiarize yourselves and your child with the following important policies and guidelines: 1. Dress Code: •                No jeans, as we have white mats that can be easily soiled. •                Trimmed fingernails to promote safety during activities. 2. Change of Clothes:  •                Please send your child with a change of clothes for activities involving sprinklers or water play. 3. Summer Camp Uniform:  •                Children must wear the provided summer camp uniform for both indoor and outdoor activities. •                We recommend purchasing at least 2 additional camp t-shirts for your child's convenience. One t-shirt is included in our welcome bundle with the registration fee. 4. Sunscreen and Bug Spray:  •                Please send your child with spray sunscreen and spray bug spray. •                Our coaches are not permitted to apply these products to the children. Please show your child how to use them safely. 5. Small Towel:  •                A hand towel can come in handy during various water activities. 6. Healthy Snacks and Lunch:  •                We encourage parents to provide their child with 2 healthy snacks labeled separately as AM & PM and a nutritious labeled lunch bag to keep them energized and ready for a day of fun. 7. Independence in Restroom Use:  •                Ensure that your child can use the restroom independently. •                Our coaches are not allowed to assist children with restroom tasks. 8. Pizza Day:  •                Every Wednesday we have an exciting party - Our Pizza Party! The kids will enjoy Delicious Pizza from Casa Theodoro, Oreo cookies as dessert and Apple juice for drink. To participate is optional and it is only $10. If you would like to skip the Pizza Party, just pack a Lunch Box and your kid will still join the group for lunch and have tons of fun with us! 9.Field Trips:  •                We attend 1 paid field trip per week for $20 to $60 per child. All our field trips are optional and any parent who does not wish their child to attend, child will stay at camp and participate in exciting activities! We will email you our field trips schedule and keep a sign-up list on our welcome desk in the lobby. To enroll for a field trip just add your child’s name to our list the week before. These policies are in place to create a safe and enjoyable environment for all campers.
