Jim Rzepka’s Family Karate Center Kenpo Dragon Program The Kenpo Dragon Program is a detailed curriculum that focuses on introducing self defense, using the Kenpo Karate system, to children between the ages of 7 thru 13. Kenpo utilizes techniques that will build strength, endurance, flexibility, posture, balance and coordination for your child during their growing years.  We want to help your children develop into healthy and happy adults. Our curriculum was created to give your children an exciting, enjoyable program that will help maximize their physical and mental development. The Kenpo Dragon Program aids in preparation for any type of social conflict, such as bullying and peer pressure. While in class your child will continue to develop their social skills by learning how to work with others, follow directions from his/her instructors, and learn respect for themselves and others. Even though our program is serious about your children's development, it is taught in a fun filled, enjoyable way.
