Birthday Party: Platinum Package

Special Instructions

HEADCOUNT We need an estimated headcount at least 14 DAYS in advance of your party. Your package includes 12 children — we charge $25 per child beyond the first 12 (max of 35 children). You can add to the number you give us, but please consider that we want to ensure your party is properly staffed and that we have the right amount of cake and goody bags if you're doing our Platinum Package. ARRIVAL Please do not show up more than 15 minutes prior to your party. We will be busy setting up the space and our instructors will be on break. Fifteen minutes before your party begins, we will allow the family of the party in, however all guests should arrive at the designated party time. Instructors are not able to start parties early. Drop-off is optional, but our professional recommendation is to ask the majority of guests to drop off their kids. This prevents crowding in the lobby area and allows you to have the best experience on your child's special day. DELIVERIES If you want to drop supplies off on the day of the party, you're more than welcome to. Just respond to this email to coordinate the best time. We have limited fridge space to store things in advance, so please plan accordingly!   GRATUITY Tips are greatly appreciated (although not required)! In the past, families who wish to tip have used 10-20% as an overall guideline, and the staff will pool the tip. Our staff works very hard to make sure you have the best party ever!
