Our Mission

The Ronin Ludus’ mission can best be understood once you know what
a ronin is— a samurai who has no lord or master. Here at The Ronin
Ludus, we aim to provide our ronins with a home; a place to plant
roots and develop their craft. Whether you have a natural
inclination for fitness and martial arts, you are interested in
becoming a professional fighter, you are curious about what exactly
mixed martial arts is, or you are looking for a fun way to stay in
shape while meeting other like-minded individuals, The Ronin Ludus
has it all!

 

Our Coaches

The Ronin Ludus was established by Owner and Head Coach Bradley
Désir, a USMC veteran who has fought in the CFFC, XFC and Bellator,
with 26 professional fights. He lived in Thailand for a year, where
he rigorously trained in Muay Thai, and is a blackbelt in Brazilian
jiu-jitsu and Pancrase. Coach Bradley founded The Ronin Ludus to
use his extensive martial arts experience and training to provide
his students with the most practical, efficient ways of employing
MMA, Muay Thai, and jiu-jitsu techniques.  He couples his
experience with that of co-founder and jiu-jitsu blackbelt Coach
Tommy Doyle, and their joint knowledge base lends their students
access to world class martial arts instruction at the beginner,
intermediate, advanced, and professional levels.
