Refine your Kung Fu Body Method and Forms! Over this hour of practice we cover concepts full body coordination drawing from the classical styles Yiquan, Bagua, Xingyi and Sanhuangpaochui. The forms section of the class focuses on the Linear 64 combat form of Bagua from both the Cheng and Liang perspective as well as the Spring form for Li Style Taiji. This class is of a light to moderate intensity. This class is fixed matriculation and allows students to join 5 weeks throughout the year.
