Han Mu Do Adult Classes will be very active and help build self defense confidence, mindfulness and be on top of their fitness game. Students will learn techniques such as joint locks, throws, pressure points, weapons, and striking. These skills will be built through partner training, sparring, and forms work. This type of martial arts class also include Ki Breathing, a mindfulness practice to improve balance and to help calm the mind and body.
When you Show up: CLASS WILL BE HELD ON THE BACK BLACK MATS. There are cubbies by the dressings rooms in the back of the studio for you to put shoes or bags. * Masks are optional. Things to bring to class: Water Any required or appropriate equipment Towel
