The Harvest Concept is a unique studio and pro shop. Our mission
is to better the mind, body + spirit through radical movement and
traditional practices. We primarily specialize in teaching the
Korean martial art of Han Mu Do. Harvest is the only official Han
Mu Do institute in the state of Tennesee, winning local and global
reconition and awards. Korean traditional archery is also something
we offer, ads well as high intensity interval training (HIIT)
workouts and daily exercise. 
The name “HARVEST” came to be because we (The Martins)
love to garden! We take the time and really put our hearts and
souls into the dirt, taking care of our plants in hopes that we'll
get something good. Our bodies are no different! We know that if
you put the time into YOU and the goals you set, you're going to
learn something new and soak up something good from it. 
Our new location in Independence Square, in downtown Franklin,
Tennessee now has professional martial arts, traditional archery
and premium fitness equipment available!

SINGLE JU JITSU | 1Y Membership | 2025

1. Membership Overview
1.1. Description:
This is a 12-month, paid-in-full membership for one individual, granting unlimited access to regularly scheduled group classes at The Harvest Concept.

1.2. Start Date:
Membership begins upon the first class attended and remains active for 12 consecutive months.

1.3. Class Access:
Member may attend unlimited regularly scheduled classes, including:

Han Mu Do

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Han Tai Chi

AIM Fitness

1.4. Excluded Offerings:
This membership does not include:

Archery classes

Black Belt Club

Private lessons

Special events, seminars, or camps

2. Payment
2.1. Total Cost:

Monthly Rate Equivalent: $225/month

Paid-in-full total: $2,430 for 12 months of unlimited training

Payment due in full upon signing this agreement.

2.2. Payment Terms:

This is a one-time payment for a 12-month membership.

No additional billing will occur during the term of this agreement.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
3.1. 30-Day Notice Requirement:

Member must provide written notice (email or letter) 30 days in advance to cancel the membership.

3.2. Refund Eligibility:
A pro-rated refund may be granted based on the number of full months remaining at the time of cancellation, with the following conditions:

Months already used will be calculated at the regular monthly rate of $225/month.

A 10% administrative cancellation fee will be deducted from the remaining balance.

The 30-day notice period may be waived under special circumstances with mutual agreement (e.g., medical condition, relocation, or major life event).

3.3. Ineligible Refund Situations:

Refunds will not be issued after the 12-month term has expired.

Missed classes or infrequent attendance do not qualify for refunds or extensions.

4. Assumption of Risk & Liability
4.1. Acknowledgment of Risk:
Member acknowledges that martial arts and fitness training involve physical activity and assumes all risk associated with participation.

4.2. Medical Disclosure:
Member agrees to disclose any known medical conditions or injuries prior to beginning training.

4.3. Limitation of Liability:
The Harvest Concept and its instructors are not liable for injuries sustained during participation, except in cases of gross negligence.

5. Agreement Duration
This membership is valid for 12 months from the start date. It is a non-renewing contract, and members will be given the opportunity to renew or upgrade their membership at the end of the term.

If canceled, a pro-rated refund will be calculated based on the number of full months used, with past months charged at the regular monthly rate of $150

A 10% administrative cancellation fee will be deducted from the refundable balance

The 30-day cancellation fee may be waived in special circumstances with mutual agreement
