About the Class

  THIS IS FOR STUDENTS OF SOL PRESCHOOL ONLY! Ages 3-6 | The Sprouts program is designed to help develop the mind and body of preschoolers. The curriculum is based around martial arts movements and classes are taught in a fun and exciting format that improve the development of basic motor movements, strength and flexibility, self control, focus, discipline and essential character qualities.
