The Harvest Concept is a unique studio and pro shop. Our mission
is to better the mind, body + spirit through radical movement and
traditional practices. We primarily specialize in teaching the
Korean martial art of Han Mu Do. Harvest is the only official Han
Mu Do institute in the state of Tennesee, winning local and global
reconition and awards. Korean traditional archery is also something
we offer, ads well as high intensity interval training (HIIT)
workouts and daily exercise. 
The name “HARVEST” came to be because we (The Martins)
love to garden! We take the time and really put our hearts and
souls into the dirt, taking care of our plants in hopes that we'll
get something good. Our bodies are no different! We know that if
you put the time into YOU and the goals you set, you're going to
learn something new and soak up something good from it. 
Our new location in Independence Square, in downtown Franklin,
Tennessee now has professional martial arts, traditional archery
and premium fitness equipment available!
