BJJ - Intro to Gi

WAR Training Center is a Mixed Martial Arts facility that has
classes that teach all aspects of Mixed Martial Arts to everyone
from professional fighters to soccer moms to kids. While fitnes is
a goal, our classes aim to develop knowledge of self defense as
well. 
Many of our coaches are professional fighters, or have taught
fighters at the highest levels.
