Our kickboxing program is meant for all across age, proficiency, and gender. Students learn how to defend against various strikes. Kickboxing builds confidence in your abilities that will transfer not only to the other classes but outside the gym as well. We welcome beginners and experienced students to join us. Class Structure: Learn the proper technique to use and defend punches, kicks, knees, and more. We do this real time with a partner, so you learn how to deal with an attacker. You don’t need to worry about getting punched, kicked, or beat up in this class because we keep all drills controlled and safe for all of our students.
