About the Class

Our coaches safely teach proper technique for punches, kicks, knees, and elbows as well as the defense and how to protect themselves for all of them. In our Youth Kickboxing Classes your child will learn: Confidence Discipline Respect Conflict avoidance Self-Defense Perseverance Goal setting Qualities of a Champion Teamwork Structure It's hard to keep young kids active. There are a million things they'd rather be doing, but at Champion Striking, we're working hard to change that by offering a high energy program and a healthy, fun way for kids to be active. The high-energy combat exercise makes the body and mind healthy. We use the skills of kickboxing to keep students challenged and help them learn something new every day that effects their life both inside and outside the gym. Kids kickboxing classes are perfect for students all across our community. Starting at age 5, we tailor our training to meet the needs of all experience levels. From day one, we challenge students with exercises, problem solving drills, and introduce them to valuable life skills. Kickboxing is a fun and exciting sport that stimulates confidence and determination. Learning combat sports at a young age, instills the qualities of challenging oneself and goal-setting to have a disciplined lifestyle Youth and Tiny Tots With a big focus on what it means to be a Champion, we give the students life skills that transfer inside and outside the gym. Students will learn Self-defense skills, Propper technique for kickboxing, and teambuilding skills. With a fun fitness driven atmosphere our goal is to help keep our community’s youth healthy all while building their confidence and self-esteem.
