About the Class

This class is a fun introduction to martial arts using games and is especially designed for children aged 4-8 years old. The class focuses on learning the core skills needed to become a successful martial artist, such as co-ordination, balance, strength, flexibility, fitness, listening, following instructions and of course...enjoyment! We follow the Choi Kwang Do syllabus for gradings and have three stages of skills to be learnt during this class in order to progress to our Family Class. All classes are taught according to the six core principles of Choi Kwang Do which are Humility, Integrity, Gentleness, Perseverance, Self Control and Unbreakable Spirit.
