This is a customizable hands-on massage. You can enjoy full body Swedish Relaxation (light touch/ warming) techniques or a more localized Deep Tissue massage. Advanced concepts in pressure therapy are incorporated to break the stress-tension-pain cycle. Therapeutic massage aims to relax muscles and increase circulation to promote normal neuromuscular integrity and balance. Localized therapeutic massage can enhance the function of joints, muscles, and nerves and increase the body’s natural painkillers. Through myofascial release, positional release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization techniques, and passive stretching homeostasis can be restored between the nervous and musculoskeletal systems.
