Consistent Massage Pressure: 2-7Arianna is originally from Minnesota and began her journey here in Colorado attending UCCS where she received degrees in criminal justice, psychology, and philosophy; it was also where she first started receiving massages and understood how it could help her feel more relaxed and calm to better manage her stress levels. Arianna was drawn to massage because of the profound impact muscle work could have not only on the body, but the mind as well.After graduation, she decided to continue her education but through a holistic lens and became a neuromuscular massage therapist through the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy, and a certificate later for TMJ disorders in 2023.Arianna enjoys helping others feel more relaxed and connected to their nervous systems like she has experienced with massage.She also enjoys hiking in her free time with her big puppy, running, doing yoga, and reading!
