Elements Massage – follow-up The other day I received a phone call from the owner of Elements Massage, Russ Campbell. He was very kind and apologized for the misfortune that transpired on February 27, 2015. . He will be addressing the issues with his employees to prevent future confusions between clients. I want to thank Russ for the financial reimbursement for the massage charges on February 27. I certainly hope that future clients will be treated with the upmost importance. When you go to a spa for pampering, it should begin at the door and continue until you leave the facility.
