Yoga Nidra with Reiki In a world of chronic exhaustion and overstimulation, Yoga Nidra offers a powerful practice of conscious rest. In this special event, Ellen will lead a structured Yoga Nidra practice while Katie offers Reiki energy support. Together, these modalities work synergistically to encourage nervous system regulation, deep relaxation, and energetic balance. Reiki is offered as a gentle, non-invasive complement to the guided meditation, supporting the body’s natural capacity for rest and restoration. No movement or prior experience is required.
