Jen was born and raised in New York City and relocated to Madison in May 2023 with her son.  She graduated from the Swedish Institute for Massage Therapy in 2006, and has 18 years of massage experience under her belt.  Her proficiencies include deep tissue massage, myofascial work, trigger point therapy, scar tissue therapy and perinatal massage.  She is also certified in infant massage.  Her work is deeply intuitive and you will assuredly leave relaxed, restored, and feeling more connected to your own body.Jen is a human rights advocate and is committed to eliminating barriers based on race, class, religiion, gender and sexual orientation.Jen Nelson (she/they)- Licensed Massage Therapist, DONA Certified Birth & Postpartum, Doula, Newborn Care Specialist
