About the Appointment
Whether for relaxation or therapeutic application, a massage can help provide stress or pain relief, improve circulation and bolster your overall health. Every session is performed by a Licensed Massage Therapist who will use a combination of modalities to help you meet your health goals. You can choose to focus on a specific trouble spot to maximize therapeutic effect or generalize for a more holistic and restorative treatment. We'll give you feedback on what we find during each session and take notes to monitor your progress.
Special Instructions
Cancellation Policy A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of an appointment, or you will be charged for half the value of the scheduled appointment. Payment will be made via the credit card on file. If no card is on file, the amount is due before your next appointment can be booked. No Show Policy If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and there is no contact from you, you will be charged the entire amount of the scheduled service(s) missed. Payment will be made via the credit card on file. If no card is on file, the amount is due before your next appointment can be booked. If the missed session was part of a package or membership, your allotment for this service will be considered forfit for the package or month of membership. Tardiness Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time to your appointment. Sickness Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived. Please note that if we do not know of the emergency or illness that kept you from attending the session, we can not waive the fee. So, please let us know ASAP. Privacy We collect, use and disclose personal information in order to serve our clients. The primary purpose for collecting personal information is to provide treatment. We collect information about a client’s health history, physical condition, and function in order to help us assess what their health needs are, to advise them of their options and then to provide the health care they choose to have. We have several service providers and staff members at Me Time LLC and as such your file may be shared amongst them. We need to retain personal information for some time to ensure that we can answer any questions the patient may have about the services and treatments provided and for our own accountability to external regulatory bodies or third-party payers.
