Me Time Minis are short services that you can easily squeeze into your schedule. Each are about 15 minutes long so that you can enjoy a Mini-vacation while you're on the go. Not sure what to choose? Why not try out a few and see what you like? Enjoy this one hour session with your choice of three Me Time Minis! Choose from the following: 15 minute Singing Bowl Therapy 15 minute Chair Massage 15 minute Reflexology 15 minute Aromatherapy Session 15 minute Therapeutic Stretch Session Parraffin Hand Treatment Foot Scrub Let us know your choice of services prior to your appointment time so that we may make adequate preparations for you to get the most out of your a la carte relaxation experience.

Cancellation Policy A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of an appointment, or you will be charged for half the value of the scheduled appointment. Payment will be made via the credit card on file. If no card is on file, the amount is due before your next appointment can be booked. No Show Policy If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and there is no contact from you, you will be charged the entire amount of the scheduled service(s) missed. Tardiness Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time to your appointment. Sickness Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.
