This is a Gentle Floor Asana class for beginners, those seeking more challenge, or have altered or limited mobility. We'll begin on the floor, come to standing and then end on the floor. Modifications will be given as needed to provide more or less challenge in each pose. We'll move, breathe, stretch, and enhance our body awareness with this mindful movement class.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start time in order to use the bathroom, set up your spot, and settle in for class. If you have any physical restrictions or medical conditions that limit your movement, please talk to your instructor prior to the class to determine if and what modifications may be called for in order for you to get the most out of class. Of course, all are welcome to come in and participate! If you feel that you are beginning to experience symptoms of illness (cough, sniffles, fever, etc.) please respect the other participants and the staff and do not attend the class. Your body may require all it's energy to fight off the infection and we thank you for your efforts to not spread contagious conditions. You will not be charged for missing class due to illness.
