Special Instructions

Arrive 5 minutes before your session: For optimal results, wear minimal clothing to expose as much skin as possible to the light. Ensure you are comfortable and able to relax during the session. Drink plenty of water before and after your session to stay hydrated.  Refrain from using tanning products or lotions that may block the light or affect its absorption. Make sure your skin is clean and free from makeup or oils.
