NEW CLIENT Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna & Red Light Therapy
About the Appointment
For NEW Clients to take their first Full Spectrum & Red Light Therapy session with Get Salty & Lit. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment starts. There is NO Halotherapy in these sauna booths. If you are looking for the salt treatment with the infrared sauna treatment please schedule a Halo-IR booth appointment. This is a 40 minute full spectrum infrared sauna treatment. This sauna booth has near infrared, mid infrared, far infrared and red light thearpies. If you would like to add additional participants to this appointment, such as a friend/family member, you will be asked to enter their name in the booking process. This will put them in the booth with you. Payment is per person. If the additional attendees do not have any prepaid session on their account, payment can be paid at the time of the session.
Special Instructions
Please be free of all scents. This includes, but is not limited to: essential oils, lotions, perfumes, colognes and smoking/vape. Bring: a bottle of water Attire: undergarnments, a swimsuit or something similar - you will sweat profusely and should take a shower within an hour of the end of your treatment Showering:We recommend taking a shower within an hour of the end of an infrared sauna treatment. This is to get the toxins off the skin that you will be sweating out. We do have one shower on site that is available to book by appointment. There is a $5 upcharge. It includes soaps, conditioner and towels. People tend to take advantage of this if they are not headed home after their treatment. Some common reasons clients book a shower would be if they are headed to work or running errands after their treatment.
