As an artist, coach and healer, Penny began her personal health journey after a struggle with being overweight and constantly battling allergies and illnesses. She went on to own a café for 10 years before fulfilling her passion to become a qualified fitness coach. Penny realised that she could use her personal and professional experience to play a role in helping people to be the best version of themselves by harnessing their natural abilities and talents. Penny’s expertise spans all forms of fitness coaching and she pairs this with a love for yoga, meditation and a plant-based diet philosophy. Penny is an accomplished pianist and composer and believes that when you have a strong body, you have a strong mind and then anything is possible!
