Welcome to VMC Relax and Rejuv 2 hour session. The room is slightly on the cooler side so please bring a blanket, water bottle, and make sure you hydrate properly before, during and after your session. This is a time to quieten the mind for inner reflection. What you focus on in this energetic system can expand so having clear intentions is important. Please be aware that there a 6 gentle steps up to the EES meditation room. Vyve Meditation Centre is creating a safe space to support you in your healing process, healthy eating, positive mindset are a must after each session. NB Very important - having a 35mins salt bath (or foot bath) using Dr Sandra's recommended salt mix is beneficial in supporting your liver and kidneys through the detox process.
