1:1 Tibetan Bowl Therapy combines powerful vibration and tones to bring you into an immediately relaxed state. The induction of sound waves directly into the body, along with soothing ambient tones, can produce a meditative state and even deep relaxation. By placing therapeutic singing bowls directly on the body with correct techniques, our practitioner engages with you both physically and aurally.  You remain fully clothed and are never touched directly by your practitioner. In fact, because the bowl is doing most of the physical work, contact is kept to minimum.  Most clients will start to relax as soon as the session begins. Their muscles will lose tension and they may start to slip into the alpha brain wave pattern within the first minutes while balancing Chakras and electro magnetic field healing.  Sergei is only 1 of 3 Certified VSA practitioners in Canada. Joy and Vitality Centre uses only ZEN Therapeutic Tibetan Bowls. This is 1:1 Service held in the Himalayan Salt Room with Halotherapy. The massage is a method of relaxation, and most people will reach this state quickly (even during their first session). Relaxation during a sound massage brings on the same brain state as yoga, tai chi and meditation. Since relaxation is both a physical state and state of consciousness, there will be strong effects on alertness and perception as well. During sound therapy, the body will go through noticeable changes as it responds to deeper and deeper states of rest.
