Angela's journey with Yoga began in 2002 in Costa Rica. Taking her first 200hr Yoga Teacher Training to simply learn more about Yoga and herself. Her second 200hr Teacher Training was in Vancouver in 2008, where she began teaching Yoga immediately after finishing her training. She is trained in a variety of different styles from Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Breathwork, Prenatal, Meditation and her all time favourite Modern Kundalini. Angela believes "Yoga" is how we are choosing to BE with ourselves, each other and Mother Earth. Using the tools of the practice to live in a more loving, authentic, aligned, healthy and present way. Angela’s work offers illumination, deeper self-awareness, and new perspectives both figuratively (e.g., envisioning what is possible) and literally (asana altering our point of focus).Angela's deep love of what she does, shines through in all her offering's.
