About the Class

This class is for those looking for a bit more cardio in their movement. Using the jumpboard we work on building strength with quicker and controlled movement.  Creating different shapes as we use the jumpboard throughout the class. Pilates sessions are designed to: Strengthen back and abdominal muscles  Improve balance, posture and coordination Increase flexibility Restore Natural Posture Improve athletic performance Rehabilitate and prevent injury  Tone muscles Elevate and energize the spirit  

Special Instructions

BRING YOUR OWN SOCKS (Grippy socks must be worn when using the Reformers) Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start time. The studio doors will close as soon as class begins.
