Feel the Stretch with the style of Yin Yoga, staying low to the ground and holding poses to get deep into your fascial tissues.
Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start time. The studio doors will close as soon as class begins. We have mats, bolsters, blocks and straps available in-studio. You are welcome to bring your own, or any additional props you like to have for practice (ie. blankets, cushions, etc.)
