EAST offers over 24 group classes weekly in Yoga, Pilates,
Barre, Fusion, Mommy & Baby plus Pre/Post Natal, all from
highly qualified instructors. The studio offers various community
programs, such as EAST Xchange and sliding pay scales, to ensure
wellness is accessible to the whole community.
