I found my way onto my mat at the beginning of my career as a family physician, seeking a method of self care and burnout prevention. I had been a long time meditator and mindfulness teacher, but yoga took me to a much deeper level of awareness in my life and my meditation practice. It gave me a grounded experience of inner peace, calm and clarity in my purpose. I began to feel who I was, what I was passionate about and how I wanted to live my life.My intention is to share the practices that will allow you to move through your own journey of discovery & transformation. Through mindful movement and a focus on breath work, I hope to facilitate a space on your mat that allows you to move deeply within, come into connection with yourself and return yourself to you.
