As a competitive dancer for 20 years, movement has always been my way of expressing, connecting, and grounding myself. After spending 18 years in the corporate world working in HR, I hit a point where I knew something had to shift. My body was in pain, and so was my spirit. I needed more than just a new job—I needed a new way of being. That’s when I turned to yoga, and it completely changed my life. It helped me step into real life—to feel, to heal, and to work through the emotional pain and weight I had been carrying . I completed my Yoga Teacher Training under Barb Leese, and have since added my Barre certification, I’m currently working toward completing my Mat Pilates certification to continue deepening my understanding of the body and how we move. I love working with people through movement—whether it’s yoga, barre, or Pilates—to help them explore who they are, connect more deeply with themselves, and challenge their bodies and minds in new ways. Spiritually, I believe in the power of connection and community, in the energy that brings us together and reminds us that we’re not alone on this path.
