During this 20 minute virtual session with Kadie, we will analyze your current overall wellness and where it might be lacking and need more attention. We will have a weekly check in where we discuss where your focus needs to be and implement habits that will help support your needs. These sessions are programmed to help you recieve guidance and stay consistent outside of your workouts to help achieve an overall well you!
