This gentle and accessible practice blends yoga postures, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques, offering participants the flexibility to practice while standing, sitting in a chair, or even lying down. Gentle Yoga promotes flexibility, strength, and relaxation. With a focus on mindful movement and deep, calming breaths, this program nurtures overall well-being, reduces stress, and enhances mobility, making it ideal for all fitness levels. Gentle Yoga Pass: With the Gentle Yoga Pass, clients can access up to 4 complimentary Gentle Yoga sessions per month. The pass automatically renews monthly and ensures ongoing access to this enriching experience. Gentle Yoga sessions are available on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will still count toward your monthly limit. To ensure fair access for everyone, registration for this program opens 30 days in advance.
