About the Appointment

Leveraging boxing fundamentals to attain a full-body workout with a sequence of non-contact boxing routines via group virtual session. Program is geared to maintain or improve ballance, coordination, mobility, strength and reflexes. Routines are designed and instructed by former professional boxer and are conducted at a suitable pace for clients. Brain training routines are intertwined in boxing rest breaks to strengthen memory, language, computation, critical thinking and visual/spatial orientation.

Special Instructions

For best effect, a pair of small resistance dumbbells (1 or 2lbs each) is recommended. Two filled plastic water bottles (500ml) are viable options.
