Leveraging boxing fundamentals and light resistance weights to attain a full-body workout with a sequence of non-contact boxing routines via one-on-one virtual session. Program is geared to maintain or improve ballance, coordination, mobility, strength and reflexes. Routines are designed and instructed by former professional boxer and are conducted at a suitable pace for clients.
For best effect, a pair of small resistance dumbbells (1 or 2lbs each) is recommended. Two filled plastic water bottles (500ml) are viable options.
