About the Appointment

Our class consist of 50 minutes of mobility and brain routines to take your joints through their full range of motion leaving you with increasing mobility. Program is geared to maintain or improve joint health. Routines are designed and instructed by Kinesiologist and Personal Trainer and are conducted at a suitable pace for clients. Brain training routines are intertwined in rest breaks to strengthen memory, language, computation, critical thinking and visual/spatial orientation.

Special Instructions

For best effect, an exercise mat and a leg support strap is recommended. If support strap is not available, a long towel will be suffice.
