Gentle heated Hatha. In a warm, calm environment, we turn the senses inward with the practice of Hatha. Holding each asana (pose) for 3-5 breaths we have the time to slow down, focus on how our mind and body feels and adjust using modifications to suit the individual. This class is suitable for all yogis, beginner to advanced.
Please bring your own Yoga Mat (or you can hire a mat for £1 and we ask you to spray it down afterwards with the essential oil spray and blue roll that is provided) Please also note that there is no parking available at Spirit Ash apart from for our teachers, but you can park on leafy lane or in the main car park in Ashburton.
