This balanced approach has significantly enhanced her mental health and overall well-being. Originally, Kayley enrolled in a 200-hour Vinyasa Flow teacher training course to deepen her personal practice. However, as she progressed, she discovered a passion for sharing her love of yoga .She believes every yoga practice is an opportunity to find balance and strength within the mind, body, and soul.
