David Sheppard BA Hons, MFHT, SMA Advanced + Deep Tissue, Clinical, Holistic, Hot Stone, Myofascial Release, Reflexology, Sports Therapy, Swedish David holds Level 3 Diplomas in Massage and Reflexology and the Level 6 Professional Diploma in Sports and Clinical Massage. In his broadly-based work, he combines Swedish Massage and traditional methods drawn from Thai massage, the ayurvedic Tradition and Traditional Chinese Medicine with clinical and sports massage techniques such as Soft Tissue Release, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Hot/Cold Stone Therapy and injury rehabilitation. David is involved in clinical research in the field of pain management, bodywork and movement.
