

Tuesday 2:15 - 3:30pm 14 Apr - 19 May (6 sessions) For mamas: Each week we will practise a themed sequence that will help strengthen, heal and restore the body, mind and spirit. The aim of each session is that you will learn and practise a variety of simple and practical techniques dedicated to your wellbeing and self-care. For babies: As part of the session we will also be practising fun baby yoga moves and songs that will help with your baby’s physical milestones and brain development. Sessions end with a relaxation where Rachel will look after your babies so you can enjoy a guided relaxation on your mat.
