Mixed Ability Yoga with Alison Fairchild Thursdays 6:00 - 7:30pm All new students are required to complete a health questionnaire, which will be reviewed by the teacher. If needed, the teacher will then contact you to arrange a brief telephone assessment to confirm that the class is suitable for you. Alison's classes encourage you to slow down, breathe with awareness, and gently turn inward. She invites you to trust your own body, stay connected to the natural world, and let your Yoga practice support you through the changing seasons of life. Each class ends with Yoga Nidra, a deeply restful practice that offers a sense of coming home to yourself. Alison qualified as a Yoga Teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2009 and has been teaching and learning ever since. An eternal student, Alison teaches you how to breathe, and pay attention and be mindful; you will learn to look inwards and trust the wisdom of your own body; you will learn how to connect your yoga practice with the beauty of the natural world and the changing seasons and to take what you experience on the mat and apply it to all aspects of your life.

Additional Information Occasionally, classes may be led by a substitute tutor. Please bring your own Yoga/Pilates mat. Classes with fewer than 5 students maybe be cancelled and refunded. Drop-in Classes: Payment: All classes must be paid for in advance. Refunds: You have the right to cancel your booking up to 4 hours before the class start time. In this case, you will receive a full credit to your Sadie Centre account, or the option to transfer your booking to a future class. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the class begins are non-refundable. Missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable. We’re unable to offer catch-up classes if you miss a session. Cancellations by us: If class numbers have to be restricted, priority will be given based on date of purchase. If we need to cancel a class or session, we will endeavour to provide at least 24 hours’ notice and offer a full refund or transfer option.
