This practice moves at a slower pace than the power vinyasa class but it still focuses on tying the breath to the movement. This leads to a feeling of “flow” throughout the class. Poses are linked through the Sun Salutation and there is a focus on building both strength and flexibility. For those interested in the vinyasa flow style of yoga, this is definitely a good class to start with if you've already attended the beginners practice and/or you have practiced yoga before.
