This low-impact class focuses on slow, controlled movements to strenghen and stretch the body. We will focus on proper alignment and breathing. Sometimes using props like Yoga ball, weighted balls or the magic circle, to enhance the workout but always in a gentle way. You will still feel the heat in your muscles and will be engaging on all sets of muscles! Gentle Pilates is good for your body, but it is also a powerful tool for your mind. The focus on breath and movement helps reduce stress, improve concentration, and boost your overall sense of well-being.
